At Shop at Mars, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
